Payment and Shipping

We deliver worldwide (to countries served by DHL or Poczta Polska).

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the cart / checkout – based on destination country and weight. You see the exact amount per shipping method before completing your order.

Shipping methods & approx. delivery times
(available depending on destination, with tracking)

• Poczta Polska registered letter (priority): EU approx. 3–14 working days, worldwide approx. 7–28 working days
• DHL parcel (within EU): approx. 2–5 working days
• DHL Express (worldwide): fastest option, transit time shown at checkout
• DHL Warenpost International (small parcel): approx. 2–4 weeks

Processing time

Our parts are made to order. Processing usually takes approx. 3–4 working days; the shipping time above is added on top (for prepayment from receipt of payment). No delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we ship them together in one parcel unless agreed otherwise; the longest delivery time then applies.

Payment options

• Prepayment by bank transfer (bank details provided with the order confirmation)
• PayPal (incl. Apple Pay, Google Pay, BLIK)
• Purchase on invoice – for business customers, schools and universities upon approval
